i was wondering where there is some other training that i can buy for armorer other than "a fighting chance" in the imperial market district....

yeah, that happens every once and a while, what it is usually is that you did somthing earlier and the guilds just found out about it... In some of the quests there are guild members present that will attack you on sight (mages in particular) and if you kill them, you get booted
