I'm not 100% sure if wisdom gives bonus spells to ranger class, but i know it applies to cleric nad i think rangers too. Furthermore high wisdom will improve will saving throws..

I just got ToB, but when I installed it I realised I had deleted my old SoA chars, so I created a new char(no prob there), but now my question is in which order I should go to the different areas.
I've done the quests in Saradush, but now I don't know if I should go to watcher's keep or start doing ...
