There's no valuable treasure in the encounter.

(P.S. Does anyone else feel weird when saying that a collection of +2 maces, and plate mail is called worthless ?)

Yes, there is a TOB x-cap remover. It's available at Kevin D's sight. By the way, for triple class charachters, or mages, or druids, there is no legit way of hitting the new cap. And NOOOO bloody chance of hitting the cap with a party of any sort. You'll have to import, and that's not legit.

Me ...

I shamefully admit that my favorite is a lvl 40 (super uncapped) sorcerer using simalucrums and planetars (or their red skinned brethren).

However, two problems. 1- That's not one spell. 2- It's cheesy.

Given the parameters for my favorite spell, I would have to settle on saying I don't have one ...

Let's introduce our heroes shall we ?

Turambar - Elven Archer Extraordinaire
Aerie
Sarevok
Imoen
Jaheira
Minsc

Out of all my charachters, Minsc is just such USELESS DEAD FRIGGIN WEIGHT. Sarevok is a much better tank and for some friggin reason, Minsc never makes a save.

So the party beefs up and ...

The Improved Yaga Shura wasn't epic for me at all. Once you clear the bridge and face Yaga Shura, all the spawns stop. Then Yaga Shura will spawn in with like 2 mages, a cleric and maybe a thief. Time Stop/Multiple Dragon's Breath. And all his minions are gone. Then resort to surround and slash to ...

I personally don't like Magic Missile all that much. Sure you could get away with it in PS:T where no one had MR, but here it's like even people you would never think to have it (ie. Cattie Brie in Drizzt's party). And they don't just have it, they probably have it in the mid 70's and up. And even ...

My main charachter (archer) had close to 1k. 998.

Sarevok barely broke a 100. But that's hardly indicative.

If you harm your summons using the improved summons patch (not baldurdash i think) they won't turn hostile.

Druid to Thief ? Is that even possible ?

Oh, and say you get your first druid ability, that's at 3m exp. Then you dual to whatever. When you get 3m more in your next class, you start to get abilities again. So if you're playing duals, that's 6m exp without abilities.

Do you guys really think any money can be made from the Infinity Engine ? I don't think so. While the quality programmers at BioWare can certainly keep churning out games with great content and original storylines, they would not make money. Don't get me wrong, with the legions of dedicated fans ...

Quivering Palm ? HA ! Maybe once every 10 fights. Or never at all, with the super low saves available.

Toss the Archer out of this straight away. The monk has what -35 ac against missile ? That's without items too folks. Monk can get to -20 with items, and then lets throw in boots of missile ...

Addendum: Do you really have trouble with any kind of undead in ToB ? Even multi-classed clerics can turn them to bits.

Planetars are better in every aspect. I think they may have a shorter duration , or may be capped lower. But that's hardly a disadvantage, when mages have robes of vecna to speed up casting time. And also, since you can only have one celestial at a time , you have an exclusive choice of the planetar ...

I compare Demogorgon to Shade Lord. The dragon was way tougher than the shade lord. Without the need to stretch your imagination even a teensy bit, he was harder. The seals guarding Demogorgon, were way harder than sissy monkey was. Hmmm, fun idea... 3 seals at once ! Guess Edwin and several fallen ...

Well he's not sharing exp with anyone... Also, in TOB, you can't walk 5 steps without finding some sort of exp award.

Turambar avoids stepping on a bug.
Turambar gains 2500 quest exp points.

Well, what exactly do you want to know about 3E ? There's no "berserker" per se in 3E. Or kensai. Or swashbuckler. Or Blade. But you can customize the base classes so much, the distinctions get blurred.

Anyways, the Barbarian gets cool abilities. His rage eventually gets upgraded. At lvl 20 (max ...
