I would say Fable has the best engine compared to other RPGs, unlike other RPG companies whose engine is a utter crap, Fable can be basically modified in almost every way imaginable because the engine was built that way.

Well, the truth is... you don't get all the stock from the shop, you get the building. This was the original plan anyhow, you weren't supposed to buy shop stock.

Plus civil? It was cut from the game. All truth no lies.

Which had no timer until it was loaded, just load it, then the clock started so technically 1 second to finish.

Yes you can get a hood, but only for the Apprentice outfit and this is only avaliable in the modded version of Fable. Since the network prohibits links to anything related in the modding of games, you will have to find out yourself where to get it.
