Nevermind, I just realized they show up as a combat menu item. I thought you had to ready them before combat...

This seems like it should be fairly obvious but I can't figure out how to use grenades (PC version). You can't seem to equip them as a weapon and I don't see my grenades coming up as an action icon at the bottom of the screen.
