Ok, so I went south of the Temple and all around there and there is no Durlag's Tower. Is there a patch or something that could fix this problem? Plus, I still can't find Ulgoths Beard. I think it's some bug in my game.

Lost Ulgoths Beard!
So, I talked to people in Ulgoths Beard about quests and they said that my map was updated but then nothing appeared on my map. I can't find Durlag's Tower and when I leave Ulgoths Beard I can't find that either. Is there somewhere special I have to go? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
