hi all.
quick question regarding a few specific feats and what they do - i'm yet to play as a sorc/wiz yet so i dunno.
Silent Spell
Still Spell
what are they, what do they do? more to the point, do either of them allow a spell to be cast in stealth mode? i assume silent is so you can 'sneak ...
