Though it's still listed as "Coming Soon" on the official website, the Mac OS X version of Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition has been released and is currently available for purchase directly from Beamdog. The game costs $19.99, just as the Windows version, and I'd expect it to also be patched to the latest version, though I can't confirm it.
