Is it possible to change major and minor skills?

The headline kinda says it all..... I've been playing this game for quite a while, and i can't be asked to start over just to change some minor things that would make me enjoy this game more. So i was wondering if it's possible to change the major skills and minor skills. i'm a mage wich means i have the unarmored skill in minor skills, and i have the light armor in misc. I want the light armor to be minor so, when i wear light armor i go up level.

If there was a cheat for this i would love to hear it.....cause i really don't want to start over.....

you can't change your Major and Minor Skills you can raise their statis by Cheating an using consol commands.

S-P-O-I-L-E-R A-L-E-R-T

example:

To set any skill or attribute higher or lower Type:

player->SetUnarmored, 25 then press enter

player->SetLightArmor, 50 then press enter

Player->SetLongSword, 36 then press enter

player->SetLevel, 75 then press enter and save game then reload game and your new level will be 75.

best I can do for cheats

There is a console code for this:

enableclassmenu

Save the game before using this, as it can have unintended consequences.
