While the URL ego-draconis.com only points to a "coming soon" page, the "DTP & Larian Studios Presents Divinity 2: Ego Draconis" header more-or-less confirms the RPG sequel's title. Thanks, Vixen.

I'd take that vote if I even knew what the subtitle meant. Obviously "draconis" refers to the dragon species or at least dragon-like, but what does "ego" mean in this context? Self? Inner?
In any event, I don't think it's wise to give your game a title that requires head-scratching.

I'd say just I.
I, Dragon.
Y'know, like I, Robot.
Possibly I Am Dragon.
The name's stupid, but I'm looking forward to playing as a dragon :P

Maybe it means "I, of the Dragon"? If Draconis is a genetive.

But that would make no sense.

Just curious, what is the subject form then? The nomatif?
(don't know how you call in english)
And wouldn't dragon be then pluriel, dragons, if draconis is from draconis. Also if it is draconus, then it would be datief or ablatief (again, I've no idea how you call that in english)

For which the genitive is Draconis.
But I seriously doubt Larian took all that in account.

I never said it would make sense. As far as possible, genitive makes the most sense. It could be used like this to (unofficially) denote ancestry, like Marcus Petri, "Marcus, son of Petrus." So it would be "I am born from the Dragon", or something like that.
