It means you have that enabled. IIRC, you have to drag the skill (it's a skill) to your quickbar and then toggle it on/off.

I seem to have run into a glitch. I have finished Tallon, every quest including the road to Murolosh. However there is no Murolosh on the world map....

well i found the answer, if you click and hold the left mouse button you can move the map around and after moving it murolosh showed up.

If you liked NWN1/2 you will like this game. It's very similar gameplay/engine. The rules are different than D&D, and take a bit of getting used to....
