Looking forward to this, though I'm slightly wary. I'm finally just about to finish Pathfinder: Kingmaker. I could just about deal with all the bugs near release, but the absolutely horrendous difficulty spikes and design decisions in the endgame put me off for a long time. It's not that I found any - well, most anyway - of the battles impossible, but it got really tiring to (SPOILERS) fight consecutive groups of wild hunt, which are always tough fights and basically require a rest every time. When every battle turns into a formulaic buff fest, it just ceases to be fun for me (they're fine every now and then though). I just turned it into story mode so I could see the ending without spending too much time on those boring battles. And that's not a good sign, I've never done it before with any game.So basically, P:K is in many ways probably my favorite crpg in many, many years, but it is absolutely infuriating in other ways - it has taken me more than a year to finish, which underlines that point. I will be looking at the reviews and user experiences of this one before buying it.
