After bringing Triss her potion in the Prologue, she'll ask you, "Won't you stay just a bit longer, with me?"

If you reply, "I suppose we could..." then you'll talk to Triss for a bit and eventually have sex.

"Oh, Geralt, a pleasure. As always..."
