Near the end of the quest Old Friend of Mine (after the party), the quest objective will change to suggest that you should bring Shani some flowers as a way to say thank you. When you go to her home and give her Red Roses, a conversation will start up, and as long as you say "You're blushing," she'll decide to sleep with you.
