pierce magic is an abjuration spell, it will be stopped by spell immunity abjuration, which makes using them on smarter mages a no-go... That's not true, "spell removal spells" like Pierce Magic are an exception. Dispel Magic is indeed stopped by Spell Immunity: Abjuration, but a simple Secret Word...

My opinion: other games have modders, but other games don't have.... WeiDU!!! BG2 was already the best RPG around, but now is not just a modded game, it's a game under development still! And by a community so large that good things are born almost without effort. I doubt that any newly published gam...

so, if you could place an Improved Barbarian Rage Already in, named Tireless Rage About bards: I don't know what will happen in the end, since we'll also include some of the abilities created by aVENGER for his Rogue Rebalancing Mod (he just released version 3.00, check it out!) Make druids more po...

Obviously the Modder's Curse hit us as well... Lot of delays here! Since some of you showed a bit of interest, allow me to explain what's happening ⋅ T.G.Maestro came up with a load of cool ideas, so now the main goal is: unique HLA tables for each class AND each kit in the game! This mean...

oh, I did it as well.
Maybe it was corrupted after all, a program couldn't open it.
So I just opened it with another one, converted in JPG and then again in BMP :)
But, wait a moment, it is NOT an archer!!! :D

It must be the resolution then.
The pics I downloaded are all in 16M colors, that is, 24 bit.
Indeed the readme says that larger pictures must be in bitmap format at 24 bit, while that one is at 16 bit.
You should try to change the resolution...

Hmm, I believe the "L" (or the "S") has to be in upper case. Other than that I don't know, maybe the resolution... Do you place it in the portrait directory? That's needed for PCs. For NPCs I suggest you to just put it in the override folder. Find the corrispondent name of the pic with Shadowkeeper ...

Definetely I’m not the monks expert, anyway Balthazar has abilities like Tiger Strike, Dragon Fist, Shadowless Kick, Faster than the Eye, Solar and Lunar Stance. Many have multiple effects, like simple damage, removed protections and so. Lunar Stance gives many Immunities, Time Stop included. This i...

Thx all for the interest! About Monks: there are already 2 tables out there. One is in Kish's Oversight mod. Those are basically a straight copy of Balthazar's abilities. Very good if you like them, and more for the powergamer. But stances are somewhat magical, so we prefer to leave them as a specia...

An arrogant project

Bioware was wrong. We know, time constraints and all. But now it’s time for additional refinements and corrections! I’m here to advertise and illustrate a bit the up-coming Refinements Mod , which is nearing release time (ok, we don’t have a hosting place yet, but things will move hopefully! ) This ...

Hmm, seems like he didn’t include the empty folder for backup, or maybe it’s set to read only so WeiDU can’t create the log file to uninstall.
Did you unzip everything?

Should be something like that...

EDIT: a step back... did you unzip preserving directories' structure?

You could run the kit mod before or after installing BG1Tutu, it shouldn't matter.

Are you saying that one could run it on a heavily modded SoA installation, and the new rules would be applied to BG1 too?
That'd be great! :D

tell us more!!! Glad you’re interested! It’s similar to the kensai, but with a huge “moral boost”, a more restricted fighting code and somewhat “spiritual” abilities. Specific HLAs will be added. It’s a minor part of the little mod I’m working on with the “Balance Master” T.G. Maestro. Hopefully we...

Wow! Incredible work!

Immediately an annoying question: if I want to add a new kit of my own, is it possible to have it “converted” from the BG2 installation, or should I realize a new installer for BG1?
