The folks at Buffed.de are reporting that Drakensang: The Dark Eye developer Radon Labs has filed for bankruptcy after one of their investors backed out. It's unclear how this will affect localizations of Drakensang: The River of Time, development of Drakensang: Phileasson's Secret, or plans for a Drakensang III, but hopefully they'll come up with a solution before being forced to drop any ongoing projects.
