New Fallout ESRB Ratings Suggest a Re-release

It seems that the games' disappearance from GOG.com and Steam earlier this year was for a specific purpose, as the latest ESRB ratings include new Mature ratings (with "Blood and Gore" and "Strong Language" descriptors) handed out to the original Fallout, Fallout 2, and Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel.
Coupled with the fact that they've recently filed a trademark for Nuka Cola, one would assume that this means that Bethesda Softworks is planning a re-release in some capacity, but whether they'll return to the aforementioned services, ported to another platform entirely, or combined with a Fallout 4 announcement waits to be seen.
