Death Attack to Sneak Attack?

I have an idea for a build with the Assassin class.. BUT, Death Attack doesn't seem to qualify for Sneak Attack for the purpose of the Arcane Trickster's requirements.
Can you point me to a hack on the NWN 2 Vault please?
