Dw Fs/wp/b/rdd?

Or a Duel Wield Favoured Soul/Weapon master/Bard/Red dragon disciple. Now, i have worked this out fully, i give 12 to FS, 7 to WP, 1 to B and 10 to RDD, obviously this is for MOTB eventually. I am using a longword and i am up to the back alley q for the city watch. I only need 2 weapon fighting and whirlwind attack to amke my dude good enough. In so, how good does this build sound, and are there any good feats to give it to make it better.
