oN uNFRIENDLY COMPETITION I HAD THE MANIFEST AND went into the tomb where aragomir and the other dude were and i fought them and died so i reloaded went in again and shot one of them with an arrow before we spoke and a guard toke me to jail and now i cant get in the crypt

can you reload again?
thats what I'd do.
What level are you on...I am guessing early on?? I would go to the ingredients shop and mix up some poison. Then hotkey poison to a number button. Hit one with poison then run around while it is working (maybe 5 secs at low level?) then reload poison and hit again. Heal spell or shield spell might also be good. Racial spells?

No ive been busy since then and a few levels up so i cant reload

Are you playing on a PC? If so then typing
COC ICPalaceMausoleum
into the console should work.
