Dark brotherhood glitch (spoiler)

i'm having a problem with 'the asssassinated man' quest. i've 'killed' motierre, but when i go to the undercroft to revive him, he is standing up and i can't interact with him...

any ideas as to what i can do?

Try to reload the quest, the game have those problems sometimes.
The point is that when you "revive" him he's going to talk to you and say "im a bit stiff but its okay". So you are not the one who should start the dialouge and that's where the problem is.

But try to reload, should work after that.
