Unpatch the Xbox 360

I know most people in this forum play Oblivion on the computer but I would very much like to know how to unpatch the Xbox 360 version of Oblivion. I have heard rumors that it can be done but never found the method. If anyone knows how to or knows a website that could help me that would be fantastic!
