how come when ever my parents are sick i have to take care of them its not like they take care of me when im sick why cant they just go do soemthing else

I think you're right. They should long ago have thrown you out in the snow when you were ever ill, so you could do the same thing to them, in good conscience.

i stay home alone while my parents both work full time or i just go to school and end up laying down in our teachers sofa all day

no **** shurlocks i do typicaly hate my parents for some reason they blame everything on me and they like my brothers alot more then me

Hating is wrong. It will only lead to sadness. I find it hard to believe your parents are this bad. One day you will not have any...everyone dies. I hope you look back on this day and see your mistakes.

I just hope he looks back and realizes how violent he is...

@KK, for what it's worth, try to reach out to your parents and talk to 'em, seriously, and let 'em know how you feel--not while watching tv, but privately, in real conversation.

You might also want to do some research into family abuse. Whether your parents seem to like you less than your brother or not, and whether it hurts or not, it's a damn sight better than livng in a household with one parent who just can't stand argument, and another who slaps you around every day, screams at you, and otherwise ignores you, because your severe health problems contradicted her hopes for a simple, happy family. That pretty well defines my childhood experience.

I'm not trying to demean your own observations. I'm only suggesting you look at others to get a sense of relief by comparison. Wherever you look, there's always something worse than whatever happened to you. It builds perspective.

But you are right. Speaking from a personal point of view, you do need to get things into perspective. When things in your homelife appear different to our peers it is important not to let yourself become isolated. There will always be people better off and worse off than ourselves.
