cant get trist's load documents

cant get trist's loan documents

hi all, ive talked to trist, lenny, and byron. i got the quest to find her documents, lenny even told me about the bonus evidence against byron. but i go to the warehouse, try to claim something, but the option of getting the loan doc isnt there. i already went to the warehouse previously and got the coins, is that some kind of a bug that you have to get it all at the same time or something? any ideas? thanks

edit: im using the 2 cd version with no updates or anything installed

I never had this problem, but you could try installing the unofficial update, found here: Planescape-Torment.Org
Getting the coins before this shouldn't interfere in anyway.

can i do an update during a game or will i have to start over?
