Why nobody attacks me??

At some point during the game enemies stopped attacking, even when a quest set somone up against me, the enemy will just stand there waiting for me to kill him; bandits and other generic npcs villains talk to me but never attack me, and if I attack first they try to flee isntead of figthing back, even skeletons or dremoran lords!!!
Am I too charismatic? 130 personality causes this? I don't think so beeing the fact that I played many hours with the same score and everything was normal :O
(i'm sorry if the problam has already be posted but my search did not produced any result)

130 Personality? That would be artificially high, but I don't think that should break reactions to you. Are you running any mods? Did you use the console to change your character's personality score?

PC version (I forgot to specify it
)
No, no mods, no console. I maxed the attribute and found a mask which gives +30 bonus. People I never talked to start with 90 or 95 disposition, which I guess is within the "normal" range.
I just modified the .ini file, but modification were meant to simply speed up the game and I verified trying to change the ini back to normal, no change. I also tried taking off the mask and lowering the personality attribute, no change.
They all act as if I've a constant chameleon effect, I have no such thing, yet I enchanted an amulet to give me chameleon for 8 secs and sometimes when I used it the grafic effect of the speel doesn't wear off, yet I don't usually wear that amulet and I tried casting dispel on myself, no change.
Don't know what else to try

That's very odd, at least in the native game. What level is your character?

the Mask of Clavicus Clile (sorry for any mispelling or extra words) is what your talking about, i have that mask also plus Moon and Star, and everything acts the same, my character is a lvl 72 Nord, it might be you have something on which demoralizes other creatures, check for that

Lvl 40, race Breton, sign The Lady
The icons regarding my status don't mention demoralizing foes

I don't know what else to check, I tried dropping every magicl item, no change...

Try completely removing everything on your character, or with it: every scroll, weapon, kitchen utensil, piece of clothing, literally leaving you with nothing at all. Do this inside a building, then move to another room that requires data loading. Then create a new save. Load that new save, again, and go outside, looking for something that would normally try to kill you.
See if that helps. If you find that things are now trying to kill you, then it is something you normally carry that's causing the problem.

Console;
player->setchameleon 0
It might work, if not;
setplayerchameleon 0
Is the dialogue just the generic stuff or it the "Who's there?"

Dropping items didn't work, but the console trick player->setchameleon 0 worked
Thank you!!!

That would seem to imply that your abnormally high personality score is screwing with the time limit for the chameleon spell. Just as a suggestion, don't cast it in the future while wearing the mask.

I tried to use my item again and this time everything went as it should (I thought it could be fun trying to kill Almalexia, and it indeed is fun what the game writes as soon as she dies

), citizens attacked me even when I was chameleonized (while the ordiantor fleed as soon as i became "invisible").

Was this with the high personality? If so it sounds like it was just a one time glitch in the code. The Morrowind engine is a bit buggy like that.

Yes, with the usual (130) personality.
I still have a long time to play so I'll see if it's a one time glitch
