In the Blind Eye quest, where you meet him in the Bruma basement. He aint around. This is about the 10th glitch in these friggen thieves guild quests I've had . Is there any way I can make this A0 show up?

Have you tried waiting a couple of days? It will take time for the Gray Fox to travel from place to place. Maybe he just got stuck somewhere.
