In the Seeking Your Roots quest, you have to contact an alchemist by the name of Sinderion.

Then there are some potions he gives you for Nirnroot collecting

I contacted him once and got the weak potion but now I cant find him in Skingrad. In the store All Things Alchemeical he isn't there, just Fararuna or someone.

Does someone know where to find him?

He lives in the basement of the West Weald Inn.
