So, here are the awards, now you can make nominations to each category. You can do it either posting them here or PMing me.

Rookie of the Year: I nominate Loki[D.d.G], the dude registered in June 2007 and in six months he's made over a thousand posts, 75% of them decent quality "adds to the forum" type posts.

Best Moderator: I'd have to say DW, for as long as she's been a Mod she's shown constant enthusiasm to not only moderate forums in a fair manner but help members out in any way she can along the way.

This thread was so hysterical, I could not stop laughing for like 20 minutes straight. It was the most ridiculous thing you could do in a video game and it actually happened. So I nominate this thread.

I really like your new categories Kipi, nice and refreshing!


I'd also like to second Syb's nomination of Loki as "Rookie of the Year."

As for others, I'm going to need to think for a bit... That could take some time, I've been trying not to hurt myself lately

Oh, and I'll add the nominations to the first post for sake of clarity, so that everybody can see who and what has already nominated.

You registered in 08, and since this is an 07 awards thread, that would make you a wee bit too new.

Don't worry, the timeframe for the award should be rather flexible, so it doesn't necessary have to be registered during last 6 months...

Well, as I've posted in 2008, rearviewmirror could only achieve 2nd sexiest poster of 2008.

I'd have to nominate the original Rolling Thunder thread for best tavern, as it was finally closed this year after a 5 year long run.

As for Mod, I'll vote for DW, as I've always had a (secret) soft spot for her

Mmm... perhaps you have understood this a bit wrong...
You don't nominate yourself but others. And others may nominate you, though as you have registered during this year, you have to wait till the next awards, as this ceremony is about things in 2007...

SYM most loveable female member I nominate DW. She is after all one of the most likeable GB members. Would have nominated her for mod if Sibs and McBane haven't done so already.
