noalath valley

ive already recruited all my allies (dwarves and lizardmen), and i still cant get noalath valley to come up on the world map. Do i have to beat the dragon at mt.galadrym?help!

You shouldn't have to, I think.
I DO know, however, that if you have Ammon Jerro with you, you can't enter the valley.
He (Ammon) even states why.

ive tried without ammon jerro, and still when the world map comes up theres no nolalath valley

Yes without Ammon Jerro and
with Zhjaeve in your party.
Zhjaeve is required to attend and Ammon must not.
Spoiler below, highlight to read.
Ammon should of already told you about Nolaloth's knowing how to fix the sword. if he has not, then ask him about reforging the sword again, and this time he will know something. You can ask Ammon when you are at the Keep, or even when in a party with him and Zhjaeve together, but you will have to reform you party before you go to the valley.
Seems he was withholding some information all this time. Hmmmm.
Wonder what else he has not been forthcoming on?

Have you triggered that quest in the first place? SPOILER
You need the last peice of the sword which is obtained by defeating the 3rd (I think) shadow reaver. Then Ammon will speak to you about reforming the sword with the help of Nonalath.
