the ear of myth drannor is in the middle of nightingale court. it talks to you when you get near it and tells you where things are.
to get the splashing word, you need to go through the door near nottle's prison in the deep halls and then through the portal behind the door. this door requires the word of the dragon which you get from some orogs in the southern section of the halls of light.
