I have the completed Wizard's Torc but I can't find the Circle of Uluhir? If it's the circle outside the Speculerm how do you activate it? P.S. My party leader IS wearing the Torc. Thanks in advance for the help. muraroj@up.lib.mi.us
The Circle isin the Speculum gorund itself. You do not have to wear it, just put it in the inventory. Step into the circle in the middle of the amphitheatre and a portal will open. It's one way only and you cannot get back out that way. You can get back out later on through a door in one of the rooms to the surface.
if you mean the circles on the floor in the hall of wizards, i have been in there with the torc and nothing happens. Is the ampitheatre the half arena west of the hall of wizards? sorry if i haven't gotten it yet but thanks for the help.
