Area Affect Spells

In a review, someone wrote

"The turn-based nature of Ruins of Myth Drannor also lets you more effectively cast spells than you could in the frantic, dynamic real-time skirmishes of recent D&D games, and the game's interface highlights each spell's proposed area of effect to facilitate precise targeting."

Is this something you can turn on and off? When I cast area affect spells, it gives me no indication that it will display the area of affect. Anyone have any clues?

thanks!

When you select an item or a spell with an area affect and you are aiming, move your cursor around - as you go, you will see the affected areas shown in red - so you can tell exactly who's going to be affected and adjust accordingly before you fire. And you're not restricted to aiming at a specific individual - you can point the cursor anywhere in the room and know who will be hit. :)

This particular feature is awesome and long overdue in CRPGs. I hope that future titles emulate it.
