Help with the Thives Guild.

I just recently finished the quest where you had to get the arrow head and now i'm at the part where you need another 100 gold from stolen goods (800 in total). But the person i have to sell them too (Fathis Ules) will not talk to me. When i try talking to her, all she says is 'You've made your desion, now leave me be.' And i'm not sure why. I want to think it is from a previous quest but i'm not sure. Anyone willing to help with this?

You must have completed the Chorrol quest which asks you to retrieve the heirloom of Chorrol. Then you are given the choice to either hand it over to the Count or sell it to Fathis Ules. If you handed it to the count, Fathis will no longer communicate with you and you can't trade with him anymore.
It is a bug. There's a plug-in to fix this, but I forgot the link. That trainer will make Fathis return to the Imperial City and become a viable trade option once again. If you can't find that plug-in, then consider selling your looted items to other fences such as the one in Bruma.
