Glitch on Nar Shaddaa - spoilers

Well im stuck on Nar Shaddaa, i dont know what to do 
. Well here goes: After the part where i had to let my main char into Visquis base with Mira, there was a cinematic where Kreia was talking to Hanharr about killing Mira. Then after that Cinematic i should have gone to Gotos Yacht, but something really weird happened... I was suddenly in the Docks of Nar Shaddaa, in Miras apartment. Mira said something about my main char falling into Visquis's trap. Then she fell on the ground and died. Then suddenly i saw that is was Atton! Wtf? I went into the Jekk Jekk Tarr with Atton, and then came the part where i should have been in there as Mira with the space suit, when i arrived at the private lounge, visquis was gone and the tunnels were open... I decided not to continue and came here. It seemed it started to replay a part i had already completed or smth. Any suggestions on what to do?
