i finished the game three times and never found out
im guesing its some magic charges but i dont know how to use em

Charmed, Magick, Mystic and Arcane weapons have mana stored in them. Depending on the weapon type and class it can vary anything from 10 to 80 (10 for a Charmed dagger, 80 for an Arcane staff). The amount of mana currently available in the weapon is shown in that part of the interface when it's equipped. When you cast a spell, you first drain mana from the weapon, and when that source is depleded, you start losing fatigue. The best part is that the mana inside those weapons replenishes over time, so they're perfect for mages, especially if you come across an Arcane item.
