Can anyone one tell me what the highest status is... ie. "well-known" , "famous" those things... what is the best one?

I believe it's "Legendary"

I agree. The scale is this:
0 - Unknown
1 - Unsung
2 - Recognised
3 - Familiar
4 - Well Known
5 - Famous
6 - Very Famous
7 - Legendary
Me, I would have changed "Very Famous" to "Renowned", but that's just me.
