Some basic combat rules

Hi, I dunno if I'm an idiot and these answers are easily found elsewhere, but I can't find them. I'm not familiar with d20 Star Wars rules, but I am familiar with 3rd edition D&D rules, and I realised I've been making some assumptions that perhaps I shouldn't.
First of all, attacks. In D&D every 5 points of base attack you get an extra attack, so 2 attacks at 6, 3 at 11, and 4 at 16. Is this the same in KOTOR?
Secondly, dual-wielding. When wielding two weapons (with or without the feats, if they make a difference to this?) do you get just one extra attack with the offhand weapon, or one extra attack for every normal attack you have? And, presumably, even if your off-hand attacks match your normal attacks, when you get extra attacks from Flurry or force powers these only give you 1 (or 2) extra attack with the main weapon, yes?
Finally, someone told me that Jedi classes get extra damage when wielding light-sabers, in the Star Wards d20 game. Is this also true in KOTOR?
