need major help ASAP(spoiler)

i cant find how to get to the the weather machine(karstangz-bcharn) in the dwemer ruins(bamz-amschend) under the mournhold statue in the plaza. i need to get the satchel charges, and i have a feeling they are in the lock level 100 door in radac's forge. is there some spell or a key or anything i can use to get in the lock level 100 door?

You already created a thread identical to this, a few minutes ago. Please don't bump threads, or create duplicates. It's considered rude on the Web, and certainly here at GameBanshee.
When someone comes along who has the answer, I'm sure they'll reply. In the meantime, you might try two things: first, the walkthrough, and then, do a search in this forum on a word associated with your request. Might save a good deal of time.
