Fuzzy Icons in Inventory View

Some of my icons are "fuzzy" in the inventory view, most notably Knight of the 9 armor and weapons. I checked with tech support, but they say they don't support downloads (even though I bought them from Bethesda Softworks). Also the Shadow Hat or whatever its called is fuzzy (from the thief guild master quest) so I knwo its just not plug ins. I am running windows vista. I run in 640 x 480 mode, but have tried different resolutions just to see if it helps but it does not. I don't have any mods or plug ins besides the "official" ones that came on the Knights of the 9 cd from the software store.
