graphical issues

game runs glitchy outside especially around deer or when on the horse. I want to update the game, but the newest shivering isles patch 1.2.4...... sis old file not found. I have a nocd patch running, and the version in game says its 1.2.021. is there any way the nocd patch would keep me from updating???
