So I have completed the quest... Almost. I watched Myvryna's arrest but Armand won't show at midnight. I have waited days and days and he doesn't come. I even went in his house. I talked to Methredhel. All she said was this: "I'm rather busy on a... I'm busy. What do you need?" She is no help to me now. Plesae help me! Why isn't he showing up?
