I've just finished the first part of the Onderon planet bit and I'm waiting for the message so I can go back. But when I try to go to another planet e.g Nar Shaddaa my screen just goes black and leaves the green cursor. The game still lets me travel to planets I have already been too. (For referance these are: Telos, Dantooine and Dxun)

I REALLY cannot be bothered to start again, even though I'm not that far into the game.

Any suggestions??

I've encountered a similar glitch like yours when I was at the cantina in Tatooine (KOTOR 1). Can you hear footsteps when you move around? If you can, try to exit the ship and see whether the glitch will disappear or not. A reload should help, though I'm not sure if it works.

If all else fails, try heading to [url="http://www.team-gizka.org/"]Team-Gizka[/url] to see if such a fix exist.

I can't hear any footsteps when I try to move around, I can get out my lightsaber for some reason though..
I've checked the Team-Gizka page and found nothing


A reload? Is that like uninstalling then re-installing it again? (Ha, that makes me sound so dumb :laugh

this happened to me on the original Kotor. Go to the map screen and remember your position, then try moving around then check the map screen to see if you have moved or not. if you have then try to find your way to the exit to another map and this will fix it.

A reload means loading your last save. If this doesn't work then its always possible a reinstall might, but before you do this make sure you go to your KOTOR 2 directory and copy your saves folder to somewhere like My Documents so that you do not lose your saves, then copy it back after reinstalling the game.

I've done all that but still nothing has changed. Is there anything you can recommend? Or is starting a new game the best idea now?
