I'm getting really irritated, i finally got the goty edition, and all tribunal features glitching, i am running windows vista and wonder if that could be the issue. the problems are: meshes won't load on some armor and the assasains and all new features cause the game to shut down (like map notes)
the game runs fine w/o the expansions installed and i really some advice here!

It would not surprise me if Vista has something to do with it.. though if you can run the original game on Vista.... theoretically the expansions should work too (I think, though I'm no techie).
This is probably a stupid question, but do you have the correct install order and official patch?
You need to install the GOTY as follows:
*Morrowind
*Tribunal
*Bloodmoon
*Bloodmoon Patch (you do not need the MW and Trib patches, just the BM one)

right now i just have the tribunal installed, because bloodmoon glitches worse, and i just downloaded the patch as we speak, but how do you use the patch?

OK, which games do you plan to install? If you are going to install Bloodmoon, I strongly advise you to follow the order I suggested above.
However, if you don't install Bloodmoon, and just Tribunal, you need the Tribunal patch. Basically, place the patch into your main Morrowind folder and double click on it, then just follow the instructions provided by the install wizard. It's pretty straightforward.
If the Tribunal patch works out, you can install Bloodmoon, followed by the Bloodmoon patch.
If that doesn't help, then do a search on Google titled something like, "Morrowind+Vista," "Tribunal+Vista" etc. since chances are that others may have had the same problems.
For example, this thread at the Official forums might help...

As I wrote above... Try a Google search and check the link I posted.
From what I have read, Vista has been notorious for causing problems with older games.
If worst comes to worst and it becomes apparent Vista is the culprit, consider getting a copy of XP and partition your hard drive so that about 20 Gigs can be booted in XP...
