Ive been trying for hours to become an argonian shadow scale, but I just cant seem to figure out how to become one. Can someone tell me how?

Although there are some references to the shadowscale faction in the DB quest line, I don't know of any way to actually become a shadowscale.

Not unless a quest mod appears adding this, and I know of nothing in development at this time.

Well you can just make a Shadowscale class yourself. Pick skills that complement Argonian racial traits and make it a little more suitable for stealth play.
