Hi, I'm a Drow Socerer Red Dragon Disp. I change between a crossbow and a bow. I can not see the different in the action. Even when I have a +1 crossbow/bow. Am I doing something wrong or is it the game. My NPC Bishop, he was firing faster than I with the same bow????

What do you mean you can't see the difference? If you have rapid reload, that's the purpose is that you're as fast as a bow rather than slower than a bow with a crossbow.

You won't shoot as fast as Bishop because he probably has more attacks per round (higher BAB).
Also, the bow/crossbow +1, the '+1' has nothing to do with how fast you can shoot. Casting haste will help though.

Firing a bow "should" be faster than a crossbow for your character, unless you have the feat "rapid reload" as mentioned.
The +1 just gives you +1 to hit and to damage (increases the chances of hitting and doing one more point of damage). Again, this has no effect on the "speed" of your attacks (attacks per round).
You are not doing anything wrong, the game follows the D&D rules (mostly) and what you are experiencing is a result of this. If you don't understand the rules, check them out in the manual, or I can elaborate if you want.
