Travel Location

I can no longer travel to the Merchant Quarter, the game freezes no matter which map i try from or which char's I have with me. It never passes unpacking module. I tried cleaning the CD and moving it to another drive.
Can I reload just that location without affecting gameplay?
Or, does anyone know how to get the dungen master to send me there, I cannot figure how to type my location to him?
