Vampire: Bloodlines is basically my favorite game of all time. I know it has some flaws, but really, the great things about it totally outweigh those for me. What I'm looking for are other games that are similar to bloodlines. I'm looking for games that have one or more of these features:

1. 3D graphics (not required, but nice.)
2. Dark atmosphere
3. General creepiness
4. Lots of dialogue choices (again, not necessary, but certainly nice)

Mainly though I am looking for games with a mood like this one. Also, a real RPG, with lots of options like Bloodlines has would be nice. Help please? I'm exhausting the number of times I can play this.

It doesn't have 3D, but I'd say that Planescape Torment fits into your criteria. You might also consider the Fallout series.

It's not even out yet, but from previews, Hellgate: London is supposedly going to be similar.

That is the only game I know of that is similar to Vampires: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. Another one would be the upcoming Bioshock, though I have yet to see any dialogue choices as far as what I've known.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption obviously has a lot of similar traits, aside from the fact that you control a party of characters from a third-person perspective instead of a single character in first-person. If you haven't played Redemption and like the V:tM universe, you should really give it a try.

You could always give System Shock 2 a try if you don't mind antiquated graphics. Or System Shock 1 if you don't mind even more antiquated graphics. Both don't provide many dialogues - actually, more or less none. But both are abandonware by now - free to download, free to play..

Deus Ex has some dialogue, but isn't creepy by any means. Still, dark, 3D and absolutely worth a shot if you haven't played it yet.

If you want dialogues and Bloodlines-like choices you should try the aforementioned Planescape: Torment, which is extensively dialogue heavy, Arcanum, which is also a Troika game and both Fallout 1 and 2, which are the epitome of dialogue branching and choices.
