I'm kind of a noobie persay so I'm not to acquainted with the locationg of my desired items. I really wanna know where to get an elven longsword though cuz its the best sword i can wield and i think it looks pretty cool. So if anybody knows feel free to post right down below my message.

Random drop around level 8 or 9, and you can prolly buy it somewhere around level 12 to 13, oblivion uses a leveled item and monster list, so you won't see anything like that until around 9th level, and once you are that level, it's pretty much totally random anyways.
