Long time since I posted on the boards, but I got a lot of help on the game forums before, so I'll post a question here just now.

I've completed the main quest and am head of all the factions, but when I go into the archmage's tower in the Arcane University, there is a door on the ground floor to the "Imperial Orrery" When can you gain access to this place?

Unfortunately, you can't get in unless you get the Orrery plug-in from Bethesda (off their website for PC, Xbox Marketplace for 360).

can you get into the orrery on the PS3 version, I have a newer post of this but i was just asking
