Casting Problem.

Hyhy,
i got a little question....
I want to become a AA and i leveled up to lvl 8 (6 Ranger / 2 Bard)
I got some lvl 1 spells form bard but i cant cast them...
Yes i have enouth CHA (11) and no i tryed to take off my armor.
Why i cant cast thos spells eaven they are in my list ?!
Whats wrong?
